H. Lynn Hazlett
Director
H. Lynn Hazlett has served as a TriNet Director since 1998. He was a former chief executive officer and president of QRS Corporation, a NASDAQ listed leading US-based provider of supply chain management solutions to the retail industry, until his retirement in 2000. He previously managed Supply Chain Associates, an international consulting firm until 1997. Prior to that he was corporate vice president at VF Corporation, a US apparel company, from 1989 to 1994. He was also former Board Director at QRS Corporation, Global Sources Corporation (Hong Kong), and National Industries for the Blind (non-profit).
Currently he is the president and owner of BBC Member Services, a property management company, president and owner of Bay Side Resorts (a resort Rental Company), president and owner of Bear Two , LLC (a land development company on Anna Maria Island). He also serves on several boards in the local Florida environment and is executor and trustee of the Kenneth Lynn Foundation.
Dr. Hazlett holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. in financial management, and a D.B.A. in Economics from George Washington University.
