Helen Salamanca
Vice President of Human Resources
Helen Salamanca joined TriNet in 1989 as the company’s second full-time employee and currently serves as vice president of human resources. In this role, Salamanca is responsible for international services, setting and directing all of TriNet’s corporate human resource strategy, determining corporate organizational policies and procedures, and maintaining legal compliance with all applicable HR practices.
Prior to joining TriNet, Salamanca enjoyed a successful career with the Navy Exchanges, an international retail organization, where she served as assistant human resources director for their Northern California region, and also performed various HR management-related roles in both California and Japan. Previous to that, Salamanca served as an equal employment opportunity officer and total quality manager coordinator with the United States Army based in Okinawa, Japan. Salamanca is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
