Lisa Crosby

Vice President of Benefits Jay Pimentel

Lisa Crosby joined TriNet in 2000 and currently serves as vice president of benefits. In this role, Crosby oversees all of the company's benefits-related activities including the design and management of health and welfare plans offered to TriNet customers, overall vendor/carrier relationship management, benefits production, benefits plan compliance monitoring, and is responsible for executing all aspects of the annual open enrollment and new hire enrollment processes. Crosby also provides ongoing compliance support and training for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy administration.

Prior to joining TriNet, Crosby served as benefits manager for Fujitsu America, Inc., and as manager of benefits administration and compliance for Del Monte Corporation. She also served as both a consultant and retirement plan assistant manager with The Clorox Company, where she was responsible for managing the pension and profit-sharing plans and designed the company's 401(k) program. Crosby has also held various employee benefits and pension planning positions with Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Aetna Life and Casualty Company.

Crosby is a member of the San Francisco Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference, and sits on the board of directors for the San Francisco Chapter of the Disability and Management Employers Coalition.
