Meredith Johnson

Vice President Human Resources

Meredith Johnson joined TriNet in 2009 and currently serves as vice president of human resources.

In this role, Meredith oversees the corporate HR, training, and recruiting functions. She has extensive experience in Operations and Human Resources.

Prior to joining TriNet, Meredith was the Chief People Officer with Gevity as part of the Executive Team. Meredith served for over 12 years at Gevity in roles including corporate HR, service, sales, and operations. She led the industry in a unique HRO transition of structure and staffing of an on-site HR department at Gevity’s largest client. In that role, she was featured in a cover article in HRO Today Magazine.

Meredith has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Florida, with a major in Public Relations. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. She is a Certified Payroll professional, as designated by the American Payroll Association, of which she is a member. She is also a member of WEL, Women in Executive Leadership.
