TriNet Appoints Wayne Lowell to Board of Directors
SAN LEANDRO, Calif. (August 11, 2009) TriNet, a leading provider of payroll, benefits and human resources outsourcing services to small businesses, today announced the appointment of Wayne Lowell to the company’s five-member board of directors. Lowell brings more than 20 years of health care and transportation experience to TriNet’s board.

Lowell currently serves as president of Jonchra Associates LLC, where he advises public and private equity sponsored organizations on strategic, financial and operating issues. Lowell joins current TriNet directors Martin Babinec, H. Raymond Bingham, Burton M. Goldfield and David C. Hodgson.
Throughout his career, Lowell has helped companies dramatically increase their profitability, cash flow and market value. At PacifiCare, he held roles as Executive Vice President, CFO and Chief Administrative Officer, and his efforts helped PacifiCare grow to $4 billion in market capitalization and a FORTUNE 200 ranking.

Lowell, a CPA, earned an MBA with honors from the University of California at Irvine. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. The Institute of Management Accountants named Lowell “CFO of the Year” in 1991 and CFO Magazine honored him one of the top 100 CFOs in 1992.
