TriNet Rewards
Get reward points for every referral that accepts your introduction and meets with a TriNet representative. If your referral becomes a TriNet client, you’ll earn cash rewards and additional points based on size of the company.

Frequently Asked Questions
Making a referral to TriNet is easy; you can do it in one of three ways:
1. Easily submit your referral online using the form on www.trinet.com/referrals and we'll contact your referral directly.
2. Introduce TriNet to your contacts directly through secure and private email and/or social networks at www.trinet.com/referralintro. TriNet will only contact your referral if they accept the introduction and request a meeting.
3. Provide the referral information to your TriNet Account Team and they will process the referral on your behalf. You’ll still receive 100% of your referral rewards and eligibility for any current promotional offers.
A referral lead is considered “Qualified” if your referral is a C-level contact or decision maker at his or her company, fits within TriNet target industries, geographies and company size requirements, and we can reference you by name. A referral lead is considered “Accepted” once a first meeting occurs with the referred party and an opportunity exists to bring the company on board as a net new client. Should the referral be “Accepted” yet ultimately not be a great fit for TriNet or the prospect, any earned reward points for the qualified initial meeting is yours to keep.

Details on our current redemption offers for referral reward points can be found here. Points can be redeemed immediately or collected over time and redeemed for higher tier items. When you have collected enough points and wish to redeem your reward, you may do so by logging in to your account at www.trinet.com/myreferrals. TriNet reserves the right to add, update or remove merchandise offers for points redemption at its discretion without notice. Points expire after 1 year.
New TriNet clients are companies that have utilized TriNet services for 6 months or less. New TriNet clients who refer new business to us can receive 125% of the earned referral cash reward if the referral is submitted within your first 6 months of service. As with our regular referral bonus payment, you can receive your reward via check, invoice credit or donate to charity.
TriNet referral rewards are paid 60 days after the new client’s initial payroll by check, as an invoice credit (for current TriNet clients), or as a donation to charity.
When you make a referral to TriNet, you will receive a username and password for the TriNet Referral Incentive Program website. You can log in to the website at www.trinet.com/referrals where you can view the status of your referrals and follow-up with TriNet with any questions or help.
