Human Capital Index Datasheet
TriNet’s Human Capital Index (HCI) is a real-time benchmark of hiring, involuntary terminations and net employment growth within a population of about 3,000 US technology, professional service and financial services firms with between 10 – 200 employees. The Human Capital Index uses actual current payroll and company census data, and is not based on surveys, estimations or inference from broader US economic data. The Human Capital Index report is published monthly, and is available to TriNet clients through TriNet’s Benchmarking Dashboard, accessible via HR Passport—TriNet’s online portal.
