  • You decide to become a customer and complete the paperwork
  • Your company's Set-Up Site opens for business. This easy-to-use, intuitive site enables the appropriate decision maker at your company to choose company policy selections and benefits options for your firm. We provide help at every step of the way.
  • The authorized user at your company uploads employee data into our web-based system, and also begins collecting employee I-9 forms.
  • TriNet receives your I-9 forms, records them, and begins internal testing based on your payroll and employee data. We assign your firm an Account Manager (for day-to-day payroll and benefits assistance) and a Human Capital Consultant (for high-level HR needs).
  • Your employees paychecks are posted online, and your employees can now enroll in benefits online.
  • We run your first payroll.
