Further enhancing our Talent Acquisition (TA) strategic service, which provides companies with a powerful and cost-effective means to hire the best talent into their organizations, TriNet this fall is rolling out a new option to best meet your needs. Talent Acquisition—Background offers comprehensive drug and background screening to verify or supplement the hiring decision. TA—Background provides a completely adjudicated process, delivering you a clear decision on whether the hiring candidate meets, or does not meet, screening criteria. TA—Background examines against stringent screening criteria based on employment best practices, and our in-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues. Also, TriNet has partnered with a Consumer Reporting Agency to meet all of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance for communicating screening results.

After the screening from sources such as criminal checks, DMV records, employment history, and education verification, and more, TriNet compiles the results and delivers a clear result to you. Meanwhile, the Consumer Reporting agency manages all of the notification to the hiring candidate, following stringent FCRA compliance rules. And the entire process is managed on-line, with a complete electronic chain of custody.
