With the Benchmarking Dashboard you can directly compare your practices with small businesses across the U.S. or focus on those within your industry. In addition, if your organization falls below industry averages on key metrics, the Benchmarking Dashboard will recommend specific steps to improve performance.

Enhancing TriNet’s Human Capital Audit (HCA), Workplace Safety provides businesses with a detailed review of safety policies and procedures including compliance with Occupational and Safety Heath Act (OSHA) regulations. This process identifies safety concerns and recommends specific changes or controls to increase employee safety. To promote safe practices among employees, a variety of safety training courses are available to all employees through Employee Development .
