TriNet Completes Upgrade of its PeopleSoft Platform, Enables Customers to Access Latest HRIS Technology

SAN LEANDRO, CA (June 17, 2003) - TriNet Group Inc, a human resources (HR) outsourcer offering a single point of contact for benefits, payroll, and HR support, today announced the completion of a platform upgrade to PeopleSoft version 8. The new platform houses the benefits and payroll data for 500 customers throughout the United States and Canada, and represents TriNet's ongoing commitment to provide the latest Human Resources Information System (HRIS) technology as part of its outsourcing service.

TriNet has offered secure, online transactions since 2001, enabling customers to administer benefits, manage payroll, access company reports, and perform high-level HR tasks in a PeopleSoft environment. The latest upgrade will strengthen TriNet's ability to process large-scale payroll for companies with thousands of employees, as well as increase TriNet's suite of online, role-based services. TriNet also intends to take advantage of the platform's Extended Markup Language (XML) capabilities in order to provide ancillary HR services.
