Symbian is based in the UK, and we needed a human resource infrastructure for our new United States office. But we didn't want to create our own HR department.

We chose TriNet's outsourcing solution because they offered the widest range of HR, payroll, and benefit services, and essentially provided a "one-stop shopping" opportunity for all of Symbian's HR and payroll processing needs. We were also attracted to the options of a toll-free Solution Center, an informative Web-based portal that all staff can access for payroll and benefit questions, and the Work/Life solutions program offered to all employees.

We're also pleased that TriNet's services have enabled Symbian to increase staff as necessary while avoiding the additional overheads typically associated with hiring. In addition, TriNet allows us to call upon domain experts for consultation on a variety of HR issues, such as initiating a successful 401(k) plan and dealing with legal issues related to hiring visa-sponsored employees.

Overall, we are very pleased with TriNet's services and would certainly recommend TriNet to other companies.
