The midmarket segment has been mostly void of a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solution, as many services tend to be created for large enterprises or boutique-style shops with a handful of employees. TriNet now provides midmarket organizations a complete solution without the headaches of a complex implementation. The solution combines TriNet’s powerful platform with tools and services for performance management, compensation strategy, employee training, professional development, competitive benchmarking and operations visibility.
