The LearningElite program - the only peer-ranking and benchmarking program of its kind - is composed of organizations that perform above a benchmark standard for implementing learning and development best practices for their workforce. Organizations are ranked based on their execution and impact of these initiatives, with TriNet coming in as number 64 out of more than 200 applicants.
