We've been in business for over 50 years. We have 150 employees and we have nine locations. And we serve the residential customers, we serve the design community, we serve contractors. That's really what we do—make sure that we answer the question, "Why tile?" D&B Tile. They've always treated the employees like family. I am one of the employees that they treated like family. Because we have that family environment, we've been able to grow and sustain because we create these core values that we all have common. So now we use that and we train our management team. Marita is our HR advisor. She works for TriNet. She's been there for years. Marita's going to make sure what she tells me is right, and it's really freed up my position. There's a lot of other things that I do for D&B Tile, and it's now given me the opportunity to grow there as well. All the workers’ compensation is now turned over to TriNet, and that's a big lift off my shoulders. With TriNet, we have a safety manager come out here, and he walks the stores with us, and we walk through everything. We look at the palettes, we look at nails, we look at things shifting. I know that we're in compliance with it. I know we're on top of OSHA. And when you have a company like that that can back you up and consistently train you on different things, it reassures you.
