TriNet provided Dia with access to a range of comprehensive benefit packages for their employees.
Dia&Co is a retail service dedicated to meeting the plus size community’s full range of style needs. With the latest data and technology, they’ve created a shopping experience centered around serving women who have been ignored for far too long by the fashion industry. Each new customer takes Dia&Co’s style quiz, answering questions about her clothing preferences and style needs. Then a Dia&Co stylist creates a personalized, curated box of five items based on the customer’s preferences. The customer can try on each piece in the comfort of her own home, paying for what she keeps and sending back the rest.
With locations in four states and positions ranging from styling to engineering to logistics, Dia&Co employs a highly diverse workforce of over 700 employees. It was important to the company that they offered their employees a wide range of benefit packages. TriNet also helped them provide their employees with digestible and understandable information about their benefits, translating benefits communications into multiple languages, including Hakha Chin, the native language spoken by a group of employees working in Dia&Co’s distribution center. By working with TriNet to provide access to a broad variety of benefits packages and information on their options, Dia&Co was able to roll out its benefits program in accordance with their core values and commitment to fostering a diverse workforce.
