Your Annual Enrollment will begin 10/24/2025 and will end 11/07/2025. This year’s Annual Enrollment is passive, meaning that if you choose to keep your benefits as they currently are, no action is necessary. Participation in benefits for the new plan year remains subject to receipt of timely payments and other existing eligibility requirements.

 

Plan Summary Documents are available online in the enrollment should you need specifics on each plan.

 

Follow these easy steps to enroll in benefits online:

 

  1. Log on to the member portal at https://cobra.plansource.com
  2. Click "Enroll Now" to start the process.
  3. Select the plan you would like to enroll in and check the boxes for all dependents you would like to add.
  4. To add new dependents, click on "Add Dependent" adding all information requested.
  5. "Add Election" after each plan selected.
  6. After the enrollment is completed, select "Submit". A confirmation page will appear on your screen you may download.

 

If you have registered but forgot your password, clear your browser history and choose the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You will need to wait a full 24 hours before changing the password if locked out of the system.

 

If you have not registered, and would like to enroll online, you will need a registration code to access the system. Please email cobra@plansource.com for assistance.
