Open Enrollment Email Deployment Dates

Leading up to and throughout the open enrollment period, worksite employees will receive email communications from TriNet (noreply@clients.trinet.com). These emails stress the importance of taking action during open enrollment as well as providing resources to help with the decision making process. Within these emails, important dates and deadlines are outlined, in addition to calendar appointment reminders that can be used to ensure submission before the end of open enrollment.

  • Cobra open enrollment - Only sent to active COBRA participants
    • Wednesday, July 29, 2026

    • Wednesday, August 5, 2026
  • Voluntary benefits - Only sent to benefits eligible worksite employees and excludes any K-1s

*After open enrollment email #1 has deployed, if a worksite employee has submitted their benefit elections prior to the report date indicated on the remaining open enrollment emails, they will not receive any further open enrollment emails until the correction period.
