Led by TriNet HR professionals, the four introductory training sessions are part of the foundational HR101 curriculum and provide high-level tools, resources, and guidance for HR professionals and people leaders to more effectively manage employees and their performance. Attendees will explore how to:

  • Manage performance utilizing effective feedback and coaching techniques.
  • Facilitate critical performance conversations
  • Evaluate and document performance results.

These sessions help participants become more knowledgeable on performance management best practices and increase their confidence with these elements to help foster meaningful conversations and support the consistent application of people management best practices.
