- A “Broker or Brokerage” is defined as an entity to which TriNet has an existing contract with and pays regular referral fees.
- “WSE Persistency” is defined as the percentage of broker-referred TriNet WSEs retained from the beginning of the Qualification Period compared to the end of the Qualification Period.
- TriNet will track and audit broker performance throughout the Qualification Period.
- All results are based upon the final numbers and standings through and including January 31, 2026. Results will be audited by TriNet. TriNet will communicate the results on or around March 28, 2026. Any results or recognition released prior to the final determinations are preliminary and non-binding, subject to the final audit.
- All qualification standards are absolute, and there are no exceptions to these Terms and Conditions.
- There are no individual cash substitutions or alternative dates for the trip awarded to Broker Elite Status brokerages.
